1. About the program

SkillNeuron ("we", "us") provides a 12-week live, cohort-based online training program covering Python and AI engineering, including live sessions, projects, mock interviews, and community access ("the Program"). By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

2. Enrollment and access

Enrollment is confirmed once full payment (or the first EMI installment) is received.
Your seat is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, session links, or recordings is prohibited and may result in removal without refund.
Session recordings are provided for your personal use only.

3. What we promise — and what we don't

We commit to delivering the curriculum, live sessions, projects, and mock interviews as described on our website. We do not guarantee employment, job offers, or any specific salary outcome. Your results depend on your effort and market conditions.

4. Code of conduct

We maintain a respectful learning environment. Harassment, plagiarism, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the Program. Removal for conduct violations does not qualify for a refund outside the standard refund window.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, recordings, and content remain our property. Projects you build during the Program belong to you.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Changes to the program

We may adjust the schedule or curriculum to improve the Program. If we cancel a cohort before it begins, you receive a full refund or the option to defer to the next cohort.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
